As of September 1st we are incredibly excited to share the news with you that Kainos Technologies of Waco Texas is officially a part of the BoomTech Inc. BoomTech recognizes their commitment to their customers and the value of a great team making it a natural fit and we are excited they will now be a part of the BoomTech team!

Ty Buice will take a front seat role of working with the transitioning Kainos clients to further their technology success and business goals in the capacity of Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO).

This growth helps us continue to support the needs of our all clients and further our aim to increase innovation and enhancements. The acquisition ensure our ability to deliver a seamless experience for our clients and address their needs and allows us to grow to serve them better.

Philipp founded BoomTech after moving to the United States from Switzerland at the age of 24. His clients say he operates his business like a “Swiss Clock!” because he has a very detail-oriented process that allows him to come up with a technology solution to his client’s problems no matter what it takes.
